The hotel had a comfortable room with a really cozy huge bed but lacked a city view which wasn't a big issue. However, the room was a bit small for us, especially with a disabled person. The service needed improvement in communication skills and attentiveness. The location was very convenient for exploring Bangkok but quite far from public transport.
